| It is with great sadness that we write to inform you of the passing of Ian Tuckwell last Thursday, 17 November 2016, at the age of 82.
Ian was a long-time member of our Club and helped in an administrative, voluntary and official capacity both on and off the field for many years. He was considered by all a great man and an absolute gentleman. His anecdotal stories and sense of humour will be greatly missed as well as his constant trips to the announcer’s table for updates on the first grade team to take the field!
Our condolences go out to Ian’s wife Sue, his daughters Jodi and Kerrie, their husbands Richard and Adrian, and his grandchildren Ciaran & Hana, Zack & Mia, as well as his honorary grandchildren Andrew and Nyssa.
