Applications open for 2015 NSWJRU & SJRU Representative Coaching
NSWJRU and SJRU are seeking coaching applications for our 2015 Representative Program.
After what was a successful (and at times challenging) Rep season in 2014, we are pleased to announce the 2015 Representative Program has been mapped out very early. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a NSWJRU option for boys in the U17 age group as we have no opponents available for them to play – but we are happy to be able to continue tradition and provide a State pathway for the U15’s.
Therefore New South Wales Junior Rugby Union and Sydney Junior Rugby Union invite applications for the following Coaching positions for their teams for the Representative season of 2015. More details on the roles and the Rep pathway are attached and below.
We are seeking applications for coaching roles with the following Representative teams:
SJRU Regional Teams
Under 15’s
o Northern Zone
o Western Zone
o Southern Zone
o Barbarians
Under 16’s
o Northern Zone
o Western Zone
o Southern Zone
o Barbarians
SJRU “Sydney” Representative Teams
· Under 14’s
· Under 15’s
· Under 16’s
· Under 17’s
· Under 18’s
NSWJRU Representative Teams
· Under 15’s
We are seeking applications for the following roles within these teams
· Head Coach
· Assistant coaches
· Managers
· Trainers (optional)
· Physio (optional)
· Independent Selectors
Applications are invited from a “Coaching team” as well as from individuals.
It is desirable that Applicants meet the following criteria:
· Accredited Level 2 or 3 coach
· Smart Rugby compliant (compulsory)
· Proven coaching record.
