Good afternoon Members,

I apologise for the late notice but it is with disappointment that we must again postpone the 2019 GRFC Ltd AGM.

We provided the financial records behind schedule to the Club Auditor and while they were confident of having the final report to us last Friday this has not been possible. As a contra partner to the Club, we understand their other clients in the end of year chaos must take precedence over our reporting needs.

We are truly sorry for the delays and will reschedule a new meeting providing all necessary documentation to you in the New Year.

This notice is to advise of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Gordon Rugby Football Club Ltd.

The details of the meeting are as follows:

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about the operations and finances of Gordon Rugby Football Club Ltd
• ask questions about the operations and finances of Gordon Rugby Football Club Ltd
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the Auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements
• appoint and pay an Auditor
• elect the Board
