NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 16th Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31st October 2011 for the Gordon Rugby Football Club Limited will be on Thursday December 15, 2011 at 6:00pm at the Trumper Stand, Chatswood Oval, Chatswood, NSW.
In accordance with the Club’s Memorandum and Articles of Association notice is formally given.

1.       Apologies
2.       Approve minutes of 2010 AGM dated 20th September, 2010
3.       To receive, consider and approve the financial reports for the periods ending 31/10/2010 and 31/10/2011 (Unaudited)
4.       To elect Directors from nominations received. Nominations must be mailed or e-mailed to the Returning Officer,  Gordon Rugby Football Club Ltd prior to 5:00pm on Friday December 2nd, 2011. Insert PO Box address and email address
5.       Notice of any special resolutions (if any)
6.       General Business

1.       Nomination forms for Directors, Proxy forms and the 2010 AGM Minutes are attached.
2.       Concise copy of the 2010 and 2011 Unaudited  Financial Reports will be available at the AGM. Copies can also be mailed or emailed to you on request.
3.       Members who wish to raise any queries, questions or clarifications including any specific questions relating to the Financial Accounts are requested to provide written notice of the question to the Secretary 14 days prior to the meeting.
