In the off season Gordon will launch their Academy and Extended Development System (EDS). Both programs are designed to provide talented players in the Gordon Juniors and Senior club with a pathway to the higher grades.

The Academy and the EDS programs will provide specific training for the Gordon players in the off season, therefore giving them the best opportunity to perform in the following season.

The EDS program will target talent Gordon players leaving school, in colts and grade. These players will be provided with technical direction and programs aimed at improving their game.

The Academy program will be available to all Gordon 15-17 year old players looking to make a mark on the representative stage and improve their game for the future opportunities. The Academy will feed these talented players through to the Colts ranks and the EDS system.

Gordon will also be implementing a Development Program for players in the U11-U14s in which camps during the holidays and after school players will have the opportunity to improve their skills and overall game.

All programs are set to roll out at the end of September and players will be notified at the beginning of September.
